Heavy Hand arrives at the opening of Metro City’s suspension bridge in black tactical armor, with enormous metal gauntlets covering his forearms. Calm and controlled, he gives the crowd a countdown before a single strike shakes the entire bridge.

He has come for something beneath the structure, and Ninja Kid stands between him and his objective. Heavy Hand respects a capable opponent, but his mission comes first—even when the people around him are put in danger.
