Summer in the city is usually a time for food trucks, festivals, and sunshine—until the temperature drops to freezing and snow begins to fall in July. When the Summer Lights Festival is interrupted by a sudden, unnatural blizzard, the Ninja Kid finds himself in a high-stakes battle against a mysterious new foe.
Equipped with nothing but his gear and quick reflexes, Ninja Kid faces off against an ice-wielding villain known as “Frostbite.” As the city’s power grid fails and the skyscrapers turn to ice, Ninja Kid realizes this isn’t just a random storm; it’s a calculated attack.
